By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking an appointment with RZB Salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Services

RZB Salon provides professional hair and beauty services as listed on our website and in-salon menu. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, add, or discontinue any service at any time.
• Adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Prices displayed at the time of booking will be honoured for that appointment.
• Refuse service to any individual at our discretion, particularly if the safety of our staff or other clients may be compromised.
• Recommend alternative services if the requested service is not suitable for your hair type, condition, or other relevant factors.

Service durations listed are approximate and may vary depending on the complexity of the work required. Our stylists will advise you of any expected variations before commencing the service.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking

• Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting the salon directly.
• A valid email address and phone number are required for all bookings.
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email. Please review all details and notify us of any discrepancies.
• We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.
• No-shows without any prior notice may be charged the full service amount.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

4. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
• Online bookings may require a deposit or pre-payment to secure the appointment.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients:

• RZB Salon shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions to products used during services. We recommend informing your stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
• We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left at the salon.
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment so we can work towards a resolution.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email to registered users where possible. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
